Snooker Home
There are three fully equipped full size tables in excellent condition for use by all members. There is a small charge for the lights controlled by coin meter (at present 50p for 30 mins.). All tables are available for use every night except Wednesday during the match season when only one table is free. A queuing system is in operation to ensure fair table usage. Members are asked to play doubles when tables are busy. To obtain a name slip or enquire about competitive play etc. contact the Snooker Manager, Kevin Langston. Members wishing to play snooker are advised to study the notices displayed in the snooker room regarding etiquette and dress.
Two teams are entered in the
Harrow and District Snooker league. Matches are played from September through to March. At present one team is in ‘B’ Division and the other in ‘C’. Matches are played twice a month on alternate Wednesdays. Players are eligible to enter any of the various individual snooker competitions run by the League. Full details can be found on the snooker room notice board.
